Remember that song from back in the day called “Things that make you hmmm?” Well I have one of those things: Jake Cruise. The man behind a website enterprise that everyone has heard of and most have visited at one time or another. The guy is somewhat of a porn anomaly and his site is somehow a complete mystery to me, yet I can’t stop being captivated. The site has to be one of the most sadistic and exploitive creations in gay porn, and yet it is also one of the most intriguing and entertaining. The guy himself is physically gross with that “dirty-old-man” mentality and demeanor that would make young children run and hide and yet he is also somehow charming, sensual and even sexy in an odd sort of way. Call it jealousy, being judgmental or what have you, but I just don’t understand Jake.
I have absolutely no problem with older guys and younger guys having sex and in fact, I think it is probably the hottest thing to watch. Looking on as a mature man teaches a young buck the ropes is titillating and exciting and you can almost see the tension and hormones flying throughout a scene. I do find it kinda creepy, however, when a guy is paying mostly straight boys to let him do things to them for small amounts of money (and believe me porn performers these days are making small amounts money) and then begins to coax them into doing a little more, even bareback. It just seems (I wish I could think of a better word but,) creepy right? But Jake is the master at this device and has a legion of fans that tune in to see what happens next. And the guy is good. Stars like Zeb Atlas, Blu Kennedy, Brodie Sinclair, and the sexiest porn star ever Michael Von Steel have all willingly and gladly given up their assets and asses to an always appreciative and attentive Jake, and the boys seem to love the process and are completely relieved and excited when it is done.
