What’s not to like? Gay DVD Access is one of those gay porn sites I cream for: a gateway to tons of films from different studios, and all to download. Going to this site is like being a kid in a candy store; if the candy’s really hot, that is. The tour and site don’t say a whole lot when you log on, nor does it try to overly impress with amazing graphics, but it doesn’t take long to realize you’re in horny heaven. You are told upfront that you’ve got 671 DVDs to choose from and 3,226 scenes. And they’re not lying. Once you get to the homepage you can choose from Black Monster Dicks to Facial Scenes to Bears to Twinks to Muscle Gods. Yep, it’s Disneyland for jerk-off sessions. - Navigation
The site has a very basic structure and an easy user interface. While it’s not the most exciting web site to look at, that’s not why you’re here. The problem with a lot of gay sites is that they go for a high-tech look, but nothing is well organized and half the links don’t work. Here, everything is laid out in a simple format. There aren’t a bunch of distracting ads or pop-ups. The only thing I didn’t care for was that there wasn’t a link that allowed you to search by studio. However, once you find a clip you like, it tells you the studio. You can click on that link, just as you would a model’s link, and it shows you other DVDs that studio offers. Also, underneath each video, they have one of those “if you like this scene, you might like this” features, which tends to show you guys similar to what you’ve just watched. Once you’ve settled on a DVD that you like, you get all the “tags,” the stars, a plot summary, and then photos from each scene. Another thing that might distract is the Model link. While the link says there are 3,059 model photos, when you click on it you see only 55. This seems to be a separate model page than one for all the DVDs. Understandable, but a little confusing. -

Forgetting the model photos that I just referred to, all of the DVD sites here have extensive photo sets, available in slideshow format. They’re footage of the clips, and serve best to show you what to expect when you download. The resolution depends a lot on the film in question, but the technical aspect is good. The videos, too, are going to range from extremely amateurish to pretty good. Gay DVD Access doesn’t offer content from studios like Colt or Falcon, so you’re not going to get the most professional-quality clips in gay porn. You can stream each clip, or download in Quicktime or iPhone. They offer different speeds, and I didn’t discover any glitches or long delays. The site updates daily, but you should know that the clips aren’t brand-new; they’re just getting tons of stuff downloaded all the time. None of this material is exclusive to GayDVDAccess.com. Most of the individual scenes average about 20 minutes. -

The guys are all over the place—literally. Gay DVD Access doesn’t seem to have any specific niche, so there’s a tremendous amount of variety. I found some gorgeous jocks and also saw some basic twink types. To give you an idea of what’s offered, the link on the homepage lists Military, Interracial, Latino, Straight Guys, and Daddies, just to name a few. Do a search. I found two hotties fucking in a boat that I could easily watch a few more times. There are also a lot of clips with threesomes, a lot of ass-play, a lot of uncut cock, and a lot of hairless men. Once again, it’s all over the place, and I’m fairly certain you’ll find something to your liking. -

I think all-access sites are one of the smartest porn investments you can make. Most of us get tired of the same people, same positions, same sets. It’s nice to browse different studios to see what each of them offers. Gay DVD Access also has a ton of bonus sites (some of them, alas, are straight), live cam shows, a toy store, a DVD store, links to other sites, and a gay-hookup site that goes directly to your area. The navigation is terrific, and this site also allows you to discover lesser-known studios and guys that you otherwise might never know about. -

Gay DVD Access is an impressive array of countless different porn clips from all kinds of studios. I think it’s a great investment if you’re bored with what you’ve been finding on the “big” gay sites, and you’ll be pleased at how well run it is. Clips are very easy to download, everything’s easy to find, and some of those guys will make you woof it up all night. -
