First Impression

Visiting the homepage for BeddableBoys.com, my eyes feel a bit accosted at first and I think I know what it must feel like to have ADD and not be on Ritalin. There's a lot going on, even just within the header.  The colors are vibrant:  blues, purples and whites, with just enough black to anchor it.  There are graphics and ad snippets everywhere. I'm grateful for the one picture in the header that breaks up the erratic monotony:  two fresh-faced, yet sexually charged twinks gazing expectantly at the camera, ready to show off how cute and tight they are.  In a flash, I maybe understand the homepage design:  because these two twinks are the only "naturally-colored" objects in the header, your eyes are naturally drawn to them.  If this was done on purpose, it's genius.  The rest of the homepage promises "cute, tight, new, fresh and exclusive gay twinks" and that it's "the best gay twinks site".  There are a few sneak previews; otherwise there are just icons of couples.  My, these boys seem painfully young (maybe I'm just getting old?), but they lack that...self-righteous, stuck-up air that twinks in porn seem to have.  This is good.

Navigation

Upon logging in, the majority of the homepage design has been mercifully replaced with something more neutral and less frenetic.  The only thing that remains from the homepage is the Beddable Boys logo, just enough to remind me where I am.  The neutral site design still keeps within the homepage color wheel, however.  Instead of vibrant blues, purples and whites with the black anchor, the member's area is filled with slate grays, ice blues and faded whites.  It's just enough to remain cohesive, and keep me more than a little surprised.  The site navigation is fairly simple, for as much as the site has to offer.  I don't find myself searching around too hard for latest updates, or past videos, or bonus content.  The site so far is like a well-constructed mystery novel:  the cover is just garish enough to make you pick it up, informative enough to open it, and inside is just enough to keep you intrigued.

Content

There's a surprising amount of ways in which the content can be organized for your viewing pleasure.  It's like a Choose Your Own Adventure, only all roads lead to porn.  Sort by date, sort by website (more on this below), sort by category (anywhere from threesome to emo to finger bang to average dick to large dick)...  Members can also choose how many updates they want to appear on a page, can manually search for videos they want, jump to a specific update page or look for updates by model.  Beddable Boys does its best to make the porn as accessible as possible.  I wish that all pay sites were so accommodating.  Video updates can be viewed online via Flash, but in 4 different definitions: low, normal, high and high definition.  The videos can also be downloaded in Windows Media Player (High and Ultra High) or in three different MP4 formats:  Wifi, for iPhones; Edge for iPods; or HD.  There isn't any original photo content; the photos that are on the site are the same as the videos.  However, those photos appear in hires format, can be viewed online in a slideshow format or downloaded in a ZIP file.

Guys and Sex

Okay, y'all know how I feel about twinks.  I'm generally not a huge fan.  There's just something about their scrawniness to which I'm not attracted (I guess because I like my men masculine and dominant; not that twinks can't be masculine and dominant, it's just that in my experience, most twinks are the stereotype of gay, all lispy and flaily).  So knowing how I feel about twinks, this next sentence should be a lot:  the twinks and the sex at this site are hot.  I don't know what's in the water that these twinks are drinking, but it's doing something good.  While there are the occasional missteps, the sex is mostly jerkable.  If twinks are what get you off, this site is a friggin' gold mine.

Value

The value of Beddable Boys is ridiculous.  While I personally feel that the website in an of itself is worth $28.44 monthly membership without any bonus content (which, again, is saying a lot; I can be pretty critical), the Beddable Boys still has a ton more to offer.  Access to Beddable Boys gets you access to five other websites:  Teach Twinks (which, hot...I love teacher fantasies), Lollipop Twinks, Best Bareback, Twinkylicious, all part of the Gay Life Network.  The site also gives free video feeds and access to live cams.  If Beddable Boys is like a mystery novel, then the bonus content is a whet-your-appetite sneak peek at the next novel.

Bottom Line

As far as twink paysites go, this is the best I've seen.  Worth every penny and more, you'd be stupid not to sign up if twinks are what you like.
