- First Impression
IslandStuds.com looks like a web site I once made using one of those webpage builders through my email account. The preview video available gives several different clips of guys – all naked – doing various activities nakedly. The bread and butter of this site is naked guys – and that’s all it is. Naked guys kicking a soccer ball around, naked guys gardening, naked guys swimming, naked guys getting off. All of these naked activities are done alone, and they seem to be under the pretense of producing the photographs that are included with each guy. There’s no tour available, but after working my way through the site, I found IslandStuds.com doesn’t require one – the preview shows it all. The concept of the site appears to be naked guys doing things most people do fully-dressed, with an emphasis on the photos. This is great for someone who’s into au natural, but if you need a little more than nudity, this site gets old fast. The name made me think I’d be seeing a lot of guys native to islands, but I found a mixed bag of Hawaiian natives and Midwestern boys who moved to Hawaii. - Navigation
IslandStuds.com is either very well organized, or badly organized, depending on what you’re looking for. It’s a simple site, in that there aren’t a lot of choices. There are three pages of guys to choose from and that’s it. Clicking on a photo takes you to that person’s page, where there are a bunch of thumbnails along with a short bio of the guy. They’re all amateur, and agree to do different activities naked for the camera. You can click to see the video of the guy, and watch him do anything from pose with his clothes on to jerk off. There doesn’t seem to be any way to search, but this is a very niche site. Your only choices are what kind of look you like in a guy, beyond that, the action is all the same. The site is cluttered, but it’s full of pictures of island studs – I didn’t find any ads, other than one for an IslandStuds.com calendar. -

Here’s the good news! IslandStuds.com is really good at what it’s for, which is providing pictures of naked guys out in nature. The photos are well-taken with great lighting. The photographer is knowledgeable for both indoor and outdoor shots and each guy has about 30 photos, mostly cock shots. There are also some very fine ass shots, and usually there are some pictures of the guys doing nakedly what other people do fully-dressed. The video itself isn’t very stellar, but it seems like video is a second thought to the site. In fact, some of the guys don’t have videos at all, just pictures. These photos aren’t available in a slideshow or as a zip file, and are around medium-sized. There are a little over 100 galleries available, with around 30 photos available in each one. The videos are taken while the guys are being photographed, and the quality of the video doesn’t match the quality of the photos. The camera work is sometimes shaky, with a lot of awkward zooming in and out. It reminded me of my first work in journalism school, complete with director’s commentary throughout the shoot. You can stream the videos and watch in six parts, or you can download in two parts and watch with either Quicktime or Windows Media. The site is updated four times a month, each update is a new amateur guy taking his clothes off and posing for the cameras. All of the photos and videos are watermarked with IslandStud.com on them, though I certainly couldn’t imagine any of this material ending up anywhere else but on this site. -
- Guys and Sex
There doesn’t seem to be much of a mix of guys on this site. There are a few who seem to be Pacific Islanders, a few Asians and a few Latinos, but this isn’t a site with a wide variety of looks to choose from. The videos are, I’m sad to say, pretty boring. I found myself zoning out a few times, and not in the good way. There’s no sex at all, and they’re best for people who get a kick out of watching naked guys at play. Eventually they always jerk off, but since the theme of the site is for things to be natural, these guys aren’t really playing anything up, but just fondling themselves until they get off. The closest I saw any of them come to performing for the camera was moving so the view was better. The concept itself is fairly unique; I’ve never come across a site dedicated to looking at pictures of naked guys on an island, but it’s not fulfilling any Lost fantasies of mine. -

Here’s the bad news: all you get with this site is pictures and some corresponding video. There are no extra sites you get access to, no forums, no blogs, no kit and no caboodle. The site says that members get four new nudist boy/man studs with REAL island stories (the caps are from the site, not me), 120 high quality professional photos and 16 amateur streaming video clips. I don’t know that this is worth the cost of membership, unless you have a hankering for naked hunks but not a need for the sex that goes along with most porn sites. During these economic times, it might be more economical to buy a subscription to Playgirl. -
- Overall Impression
It probably goes without saying, but I wouldn’t strongly recommend this site to anybody, unless I knew a 20-something who had never seen a naked man before. There’s not much content there, it’s visually over-stimulating before the actual content is even available, and once you’re looking at the pictures and the video, it gets that feeling of "You’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all." -
- Bottom Line
In a nutshell, I kept clicking on different guys to find something new and interesting to write about or mention in here, and I never found anything that sparked my interest, with the exception of Stella’s hat. Now that is worth watching. -
