- First Impression
After you’ve reviewed a few sites, it’s pretty clear right after you log on if the site is going to be amateur. Young Latino Studz is another one of those sites where you can tell right away that these are not going to be pros. The homepage is bright-red (almost to the point of being irritating) and doesn’t look very professional, either. Yes, you see a collage of very young Latin guys, and below that just straight typing (no links) letting you know what the latest updates are. Okay, so most of us don’t go onto a porn site to check out graphics, but it doesn’t exactly invite you to scout around. Also, what wasn’t revealed immediately was how many of the scenes are solo—about half. - Navigation
Luckily, there aren’t a lot of ads all over the site. You are told what the bonus sites are, and where to find them, you see the recent updates, then you see the recent photo updates. Below that are the Coming Attractions, and then the most popular feeds. It’s simple and straightforward. The search engine wasn’t great, because you have to know the specific name of what you’re looking for. If you just type “Hot Ass” nothing comes up. -

The photos are few, and the quality is very amateur. The images aren’t high resolution, and the lighting isn’t particularly good, but you can download everything into a zip file. The videos follow the same pattern; bad lighting, shaky camera, little direction. Before you completely write that off, know that a lot of people love the whole amateur look of porn, and would much prefer to watch something like this than the high gloss of, say, Michael Lucas’s site. Know that you’re going to see lots of videos where the guys beat around the bush for several minutes, so to speak, before finally whipping it out. You can stream or download with WMV or into your iPhone. The site updates about once a week, and there’s not a lot of older material here. The material is exclusive to any of the sites that are part of the network. -

The guys on this site are Latino, and they also have a just-woke-out-of-jail look. Most are rather scruffy, and they don’t tend to be very muscular or particularly lean. I think that’s the point, too, and lots of people like to look at guys who really do resemble their neighbors. The major rule here, besides ethnicity, seems to be that you have to have a big dick. When the guys get together, they often jerk off for most of the video, and don’t even connect much. The solo clips have dildos and posing for the camera. Perhaps to make the site more about sexual guilt, crosses are frequently in the backgrounds of the drab, unpolished rooms. These guys look like they’ve spent their whole life going to Church and doing the right thing, until someone finally showed them the pleasure of sucking a big one. -

You get a lot of bonus sites on Young Latino Studz, and that makes it a much better value. Members get full access to the CJ XXX network, which has more than 3,000 videos to browse through. The 10 different sites don’t vary all that much, but there is a lot more content. This particular site is skimpy both in videos and photographs so far, but it’s fairly new. In addition to the live cams they have a Games section, which is pretty dorky, but can be amusing for about five minutes. Frankly, there’s not a whole lot else to say about this site. Look at the guys on the homepage; if you’re not into them, look elsewhere. -
- Overall Impression
Young Latino Studz is yet another of the numerous amateur gay sites on the market. This one doesn’t have the sex appeal of some of the others, and these Latin men are not big and beefy. There’s not a whole lot of material, unless you count the bonus sites, which update every day on at least one of them. The downloading works well, and that’s always a plus. And, please, someone write the creators a letter advising them to get rid of that horrible red background. -

Young Latino Studz is an amateur site of regular-guy-type Latinos with big dicks. The site is small, but the network membership makes it a better investment. -
