- First Impression
I hate the feeling of indifference when it comes to porn, but often when you find a site that doesn’t have that extra oomph to really get you going then indifference is all you are left with. FreshmanX.com is a really well organized, well designed, visually appealing site that features totally cute twink boys that you won’t find spread eagle on other sites splashed all over the net. The boys are young and fresh just like the title suggests and while the site has done some great upgrades and has really improved their appeal, there is still just a few tweaks necessary for it to be a standout. There is a lot of content featuring a lot of sexy boys, but there is just something lackluster about the production that doesn’t make it stick out from a sea of other twinky boy sites. Don’t get me wrong, I love some sexy college men pulling their meat and swapping cocks with each other, but I also love to be entertained and aroused by the production and this site, while good, isn’t as exceptional as I had hoped. - Navigation
As soon as you log on you will see that the site creators have done a great job at capturing your attention and made navigation an easy process. A quick 'shortcuts to content' scroll bar lets you search the site by photos, video type and by model, and an advanced search lets you poke and prod your way around until you find exactly what you want to see. Click on the thumbnail of the encounter you want to view and you are directed to the video page where you can see sample screen shots of the scene and can watch it stream. The advanced search is excellent and lets you find the type of guy, the activity, setting of the scene and even the clothing you like. It’s a great tool when searching through all the content, and something that I wish other sites would take note of. -

Okay, so I just figured out what this site lacks. After watching a few scenes and searching through the picture galleries I realized that a lot of the content isn’t cohesive, so while some of the material is smoking hot and completely boner worthy, others are oddly shot and don’t capture the boys in a great light. My guess is that the content must come from a few different sources because the inconsistencies are pretty apparent. FreshmanX.com holds over 220 hardcore videos and around 500 soft-core jack off scenarios featuring a horde of hungry twink boys who know how to perform. The site started a few years back and has since upgraded to HD movies, which allows you to see every glorious inch of these men as they fuck and jerk themselves to completion. The scenes are shot in a wide range of locales including gyms, out doors and bedrooms, but sometimes they are shot in sad looking studio settings that decrease the production value. Some of the videographers are amazing at capturing all of sexual activity and allowing the scene to develop with heat and passion until the audience can hardly stand it. Others, however, come from that amateur world where they feel the need to uncomfortably "chat up" the models for the first few minutes of the scene. I will never understand why the dudes behind the camera don’t just shut up and let the action take place. It visibly makes the boys uncomfortable to have a voice off screen asking stupid questions like "so, are you guys gonna fuck today?" and it does little to advance the sex. Also, some of the content is bareback and some has condoms, which seems odd and just adds another layer of inconsistency. The new scenes can be downloaded using any media player type or can be streamed on site. Just like the videos, the photos have an unexplainable inconsistency that is a little confusing as well. Some of the images are crystal clear and the photographer has done an exceptional job at creating an erotic scene that puts the boys in an amazing light and showcases all of their glorious assets. Other photographers seem to whip out their iPhones and shoot s a few rounds before they call it a day. The photos can be downloaded as a zip file as both low and high res images. -

Keeping with the theme of inconsistency, FreshmanX.com has found a wide range of awesome boys to help build their library. This is where no uniformity is actually a positive because there is such a variety of young men that anyone will find someone to satisfy their appetite. The scene featuring Alex and Jake is outstanding and could easily fit into any top companies catalog. The boys lick, rim, suck and fuck with passion, noise and movement and just about anything else you would hope for. Then there are scenes featuring Caleb and Silvio, and Dylan and Joshua, which clearly aren’t from the same company. The sex is stagnant and the videographer seems like he was drunk. And it’s not the models that make the scene not work. It’s the way it is staged and the cheap quality of the production. Yeah every site will have some dud scenes, but a great company will keep it to a minimum and this site doesn’t seem to yet realize what makes a good scene and what doesn’t. That being said, I love these models. The boys are young, trim and sexually charged and are certainly the biggest draw of the site. -

Freshman X is pretty well priced at $24.88 a month (LOL, even the price is random) and there is a non-recurring option available which is always a plus. With membership you get access to the huge library of content, and updates on new material. The site adds new content about every three days so you will definitely want to check back over and over again. There are no bonus materials, but as the site improves it is absolutely not necessary to have additional shit as long as your product is good. -
- Overall Impression
As I was reading back through my review I realized that it is about as inconsistent as the site itself. FreshmanX.com is trying to compete with the big boys like SeasnCody.com and CorbinFisher.com, so they have a big challenge before them. Some of the stuff and most of the men are mind-blowingly delicious and will have you popping your own load before you even get through the scene, but others still linger in the realm of low budget amateur porn which isn’t always a bad thing, but if you are trying to be the best you have to see the difference and know what to weed out. Again, I love the models they have chosen so they need to up their production and make it all exceptional. If it were the case that only the older videos suffered from cheap quality I would say "great, they are trying to improve their game," but it isn’t. In fact some of the non-HD scenes are better shot than the newer stuff. I like this site a lot and I think you will too, but it’s not quite as good as it could be. -
